Quality Hotel Melbourne Airport

We had a great stay at this hotel before our flight. It was clean and had all the facilities we needed. The complimentary shuttle service to and from the airport was reliable and always on time. The staff were friendly and helpful. We also enjoyed the breakfast.

We found a conveniently located hotel that provided a free shuttle bus service to the nearby airport. Public transport options were also available and the area had some food options if we wanted to take a stroll. The room and bathroom were spacious and clean, offering great amenities. The staff provided excellent service and we had a delicious breakfast in the morning. The outdoor pool and courtyard were particularly enjoyable and there were lovely plants throughout the hotel that made it feel like a refreshing oasis.

The walls could be a bit thin, as we could sometimes hear noises from adjacent rooms.

The hotel's airport shuttle arrived within 10 minutes of calling. The room on the second floor was excellent, and the staff offered to carry our bags. The location is convenient, with options for dining nearby. great value for money and efficient service.

I recently stayed at the Quality Hotel for 3 nights during a layover. The staff were incredibly helpful after our cancelled flights, upgrading us to a family room and allowing a late checkout. The complimentary shuttle took us to a shopping centre as well. The rooms were clean, well appointed, and the beds were very comfortable. Surprisingly quiet for its proximity to the airport. The staff also arranged a reliable taxi service for us on departure.

Strongly recommend this hotel.

The location of the hotel is convenient, with restaurants and a local shopping center just a short walk away. It is also handy to Andrews parking and the airport. The staff are friendly and try to be helpful. The hotel provides a free airport shuttle, which is a great convenience. The rooms are clean and the showers are good. The hotel also accommodates requests for ground floor rooms.

The lounge in the hotel is uncomfortable.

Our stay at Quality was fantastic! We were initially worried about the lack of AC remote, but the manager quickly sorted it out for us. The shuttle service was great and the room was clean with everything we needed. we had a great experience.

The friendly female receptionist went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable, even assisting with printing urgent documents and delivering my food right to my door. The 24-hour shuttle service to the airport was excellent, and the hotel's willingness to store my car for a reasonable fee was greatly appreciated.

The front door was drafty and let in cold air due to a large gap underneath. It wasn't a major problem though, as the beds were warm and comfortable.

Spacious rooms and meticulous cleaning services. A peaceful setting for a good night's sleep. Bar and restaurant are popular and welcoming.

The rooms are well equipped, with basic amenities such as a kettle, large fridge, and a comfy bed.
